Dick Marsh has developed non-owned global insurer networks and worked  within highly developed owned networks.  He has traveled extensively,  meeting many insurers and intermediaries in their own countries and  international forums.  He has written and launched several international  package products and the software to rate, issue and record them.  He  has worked in New York, Hong Kong, Singapore, Sydney, and London in his more than forty years in international insurance. He has held  underwriting and marketing positions at Chubb, CIGNA Worldwide (now  Chubb), Atlantic Mutual, and AIG. He has both launched and purchased  insurance companies.  His office is in New Bern, North Carolina USA.
